I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of stores and attractions nearby, including the GSMNP, Dollywood, and Gatlinburg. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with both indoor and outdoor pools that were clean and well-maintained. Parking was convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
It was all superb.
